Our Returns Policy

If you purchase a product that is faulty, damaged or not fit for its intended purpose, we will provide you with a credit, refund or resupply:

To arrange a return of faulty items simply:
1. Attach a copy of your original receipt/invoice.
2. We will arrange the collection of the goods and either a credit, refund or replacement as required.

If you purchase a product that has been ordered incorrectly please call us within 7 days so we can arrange a credit or resupply. Unfortunately this does not apply to special buy in lines i.e - non catalogue products.

To arrange a return of incorrectly ordered items simply:
1. Return to us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
2. Attach a copy of your original receipt/invoice.
3. Return the goods to us within 7 days for a credit. Alternatively we can arrange for the goods to be collected for a small handling charge of $6.00.
4. Goods ordered incorrectly and returned must be returned in their original packaging and must be fit for re-sale.
5. We will either issue a credit or replacement as required.
